
Sounds criminal to me, but alas, I'm just a broke nobody who has to just accept being a victim. End result, I feel like the company has failed to provide any service and I left and received no refund, so essentially they have deprived me of my money and a whole lot of time. The service is garbage, possibly only to my area, but at least let me cancel the service and get a refund.

There is no fix so stop saying you will fix it. Same customer support I've received from numerous agents.


Switched to try and cut cost where I could because of financial struggles in today's economy however, I have no signal anywhere and every time I reach out to customer service, they relentlessly tell me they will fix it, and would not talk of refunding the 6 month service I paid for.
